Mr. Arsenis is a Senior Associate at Starr Private Equity Partners. He is responsible for evaluating and executing new fund and co-investments. Prior to joining Starr in 2020, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Consumer Group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Arsenis received a B.S.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Ms. Bowen is an Operations Director at Starr Private Equity Partners. She is responsible for the firm’s operations and activities. Prior to joining Starr in 2007, she was the Executive Assistant to the CFO of the Financial Services division at XL Capital and the Funds of Funds segment at BlackRock. Ms. Bowen received a B.A. from Hunter College in New York City.

Ms. Brooke is a Senior Associate at Starr Private Equity Partners. She is responsible for evaluating and executing new fund and co-investments. Prior to joining Starr in 2024, she was an investment professional at Paine Schwartz Partners and Tilia Holdings. She started her career in investment banking at William Blair. Ms. Brooke has an M.B.A. degree from Kellogg and a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Ms. Chiu is an Investment Professional, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Starr Private Equity Partners. She is responsible for the daily management of the firm’s activities including portfolio monitoring, technology development and investor reporting. Prior to joining Starr in 2007, she worked in the Private Equity Group of Goldman, Sachs’ Investment Management Division. Ms. Chiu received a B.S. in Accounting from University at Albany.

Mr. Cooney is a Senior Controller at Starr Private Equity Partners. He is responsible for the financial accounting of Starr Private Equity Partners and it’s advised funds. Prior to joining Starr in 2024, he was a Controller at Capstone Investment Advisors and Soros Fund Management. He started his career in public accounting at Anchin. Mr. Cooney has an M.S. degree from Syracuse university and a B.A. from Utica College.

Ms. Coppet is the Senior Managing Director at Starr Private Equity Partners. She is responsible for managing the firm’s strategy, governance and investment activities. Prior to joining Starr in 2006, she worked in the Private Equity Group of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Management Division. Ms. Coppet received a B.A. in History and Literature from Harvard University and an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Do is a Staff Accountant at Starr Private Equity Partners. Prior to joining Starr in 2020, she worked as a Fund Accountant Intern at PineBridge Investments. Ms. Do received a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting & MIS from Drexel University, and a M.S. in Accountancy from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Mr. Horbach is an Associate at Starr Private Equity Partners. He is responsible for evaluating and executing new fund and co-investments. Prior to joining Starr in 2023, he was a Project Leader in the Healthcare and Private Equity Practice at the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Horbach received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Mannheim (Germany) and a Master in Finance from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Mr. Jenkins is an Associate at Starr Private Equity Partners. He is responsible for evaluating and executing new fund and co-investments. Prior to joining Starr in 2022, he was a Strategy Consulting Associate in the TMT Group at Strategy&. Previously, he was a Strategy Consulting Senior Analyst at Accenture. Mr. Jenkins received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.

Mrs. Katz is the Executive Assistant to the Investments Team at Starr Private Equity Partners. Prior to Starr PEP, she served as the Executive/Personal Assistant to the Executive VP & General Counsel of C.V. Starr & Company, Inc. She also served as backup to the Executive Assistants of the Chairman & CEO as well as Personal Assistant to the Director of C.V. Starr & Co, Inc. Prior to joining C.V. Starr, Mrs. Katz was Co-Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Financial Services at American International Group.

Mr. King is a Senior Associate in the portfolio analytics and reporting team at Starr Private Equity Partners. Prior to joining Starr in 2022, he worked as a Senior Associate on the administration and reporting team at Portfolio Advisors LLC, where he was responsible for portfolio monitoring, analysis, and reporting for various advisory and administration clients. Mr. King received a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and an M.B.A from Bentley University.

Ms. Kwag is a Senior Accountant at Starr Private Equity Partners. Prior to joining Starr in 2021, she was the Assistant Controller at Clarion Capital Partners. In addition, she worked for Rothstein Kass (now KPMG) as an auditor. Ms. Kwag is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Ms. Labrecque is the Legal and Compliance Director at Starr Private Equity Partners. She is responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance activities. Prior to joining Starr in 2019, she worked as a Corporate Governance Specialist at Hearst and has held various other legal positions at multinational corporations. Ms. Labrecque received a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Smith College.

Ms. MacTavish is an Assistant Controller at Starr Private Equity Partners. Prior to joining Starr in 2018, she worked as a Vice President at SS&C Technologies and an assurance auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. MacTavish received a B.S in Accounting from Manhattan College.

Mr. McEvoy is a Staff Accountant at Starr Private Equity Partners. Prior to joining Starr in 2019, he worked as a Tax Intern for the Insurance Division within Starr. Mr. McEvoy received a B.B.A in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and an MSF from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Prior to joining Starr in 2024, he held investment roles at Silver Point Capital, New Ground Ventures, and Reservoir Capital Group. Anthony received a B.S. in Biology and Economics from Yale University.
