When dialing the above referenced numbers, please note the following:Argentina: Not accessible from mobile or payphone
Australia: a) Full country coverage; b) Airtime is applied for mobile calls; c) Some public phone take coin or card/credit card. Coin phones may require coins if privately operated (blue phones only). Amount required is: Australian 0,40 cents. Blue phones: owner sets tariff.
Brazil: Mobile: There are 41 mobile operators in Brazil. The mobile numbers all start with first digit 9 after the city/area code. Even with premium access, some mobile operators block access. However, the customer is free to authorize the mobile operator to unblock it. Other mobile operators block the access for 3/6 months and, depending on the customer profile (bill payment on the right date, fidelity, etc), unblock it after that period. So number accessibility depends on each mobile operators procedures. No Airtime is charged for mobile access. Payphones: Access from public payphones not consistently available as it is only provided by the Brazilian regional telephone companies. ITFS might not be available from some payphone
Chile: Please note that service is not guaranteed from internal roamers and mobile access may be restricted by carrier. No coins nor cards are required from Deutsche Telecom (T-Systems) payphones. Payphones operated by other companies may require coins or cards.
Guatemala: Please note that this number is a Guatemala City Number. No other numbers are available from Guatemala.
Hong Kong: Calls are free from Local Carrier (Reach) payphones. Private payphones may incur charges or access may be barred. In general, private payphones accept HK$1 coins which may not be returned after the freephone call. ITFS and UIFN available to all Mobile networks, but airtime is charged.
Hungary: Mobile access limited by plan and carrier. A minimum of 20 HUF is required to make a call from a payphone and will be returned. Card will also be returned not debited.
Japan: For mobile access customer must be registered for international dialing access and have access to toll free calling unblocked
Malaysia: A charge may be applicable for calls from hotels. The amount depends on the hotel. Service available from Telekom Malaysia payphones. UIFN is accessible through Telekom Malaysia (ATUR) mobile network only.
Peru: Payphone not accessible.
Philippines: Only accessible from PLDT landline phones (includes SMART-subsidiary owned of PLDT) and only from area served by PLDT (however almost nationwide). No access from Payphone or from mobile network.
Russia: Mobile access limited by plan and carrier.
Singapore: A surcharge of Singapore $ 2.50 (flat rate) is imposed by most hotels. ITFS access from Payphones is available from Singtel network only, free of charge.
Slovakia: Payphone not accessible.
South Korea: 300 WON requested to activate payphone but will be returned after the call. A charge may be applicable for calls from hotels. Access available from mobile phone however caller must be subscribed and unblocked for international and toll-free dialing. Also please note that exit code dialed by caller will vary depending on their subscription service.
Spain: A charge may be applicable for calls from hotels. The amount depends on the hotel. No mobile access
Switzerland: Please note that customer may be able to request Access from their mobile carrier if it is blocked but this is entirely case by case. if mobile Access is important this country should be considered non mobile accessible
Turkey: A minimum of 50 000 TL is required to activate a coin phone. A debit card is also required to activate phone card but will be returned without being debited.
United Arab Emirates: Caller must be subscribed to international direct dialing and be in good standing with their carrier.
United Kingdom: Mobile access available, however, airtime is charged. No access from payphone as of July 20th,2007
